Francesca of Coco Prop Shop and I had talked about making it over to Johnnie Mangos multiple times since we started talking shoots, she had the vision and I was super down to play. For those of you who aren't familiar with Johnnie Mangos, it's a big nursery in Delray that, in true nursery form, is incredibly lush. Filled with various plants and all the accessories one could want for their garden, it's truly a special nugget of space that transports you away from the busy road it's situated on.
With that in mind I decided to wear an airy, relaxed look paired with a vintage cameo necklace I got in Kentucky. I have a soft spot for vintage jewels, my antique loving mother got me interested in them in middles school, and this cameo is one of my favorites. I love the dainty white seed pearl that hangs from the cameo, it adds a dainty feminine touch to the look. Plus I love how the white in this look really pops out against all of the greenery!
I have actually gotten into the habit of stopping there on my days off, usually leaving with a plant or two (or four to five if we're talking succulents). That being said, it was difficult not to leave with some new friends after shooting around!
